It is nice. has charm, high ceiling and is in a newly renovated old pre-war building. very close to the subway Sprengelstrasse and has it's own kietz available from June on. details: it is on the third floor (german counting 2nd) - it is very quiet since it is in the back but the view is nice since everything is green total square meter: 40 sqm - subway stop: AMRUMER STR. 2 min walking.. (one block) there is also a basement to use... the apartment is in good condition very close to park and to spandauer schiffahrtskanal. there are also good bus connections it s nice and very close to Robert-Koch Institute. I m looking for long term.. at least a one year lease or longer: 290 plus 105 maintenance. plus electricity (your account)
