The quiet apartment is the penthouse of a newly-renovated 19th century walkup building.
• The living room is furnished with a stylish sofa, table, closets, and large windows with very high (about 20' tall) ceilings. The room has two levels and a full-size bed is on the higher section which is by the windows.
• The bedroom in the back of the building can be completely darkened and currently has a full-size bed. There is an adjacent sunroom with a twin-size day bed. The sunroom leads to an exterior balcony which looks out on the building's courtyard. The southern skyline of Berlin is also visible, including the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz.
• One office room, or additional bedroom, has double-height ceilings as well and also has another full-size bed with working table and chairs.
The high speed wifi Internet connection is at your disposal. Telephone is free to all local landlines. Long distance calls are not included.
We provide clean bedding & linens for all beds.
• The kitchen/dining room is equipped with 4 electric burners, fridge, dishwasher, table seating up to 4 people and a pantry. Dishes and utensils are at your disposal.
• The marble bathroom/ toilet is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a washing machine. It has a skylight.

LOCATION:
The popular Schoenhauser Allee is close to many attractive cafes, shops and restaurants and the Kollwitz quarter with decorative stucco buildings is nearby on foot.
Shops and bakeries, gyms, cinemas, wine stores, petrol stations, a post office etc. are all literally just around the corner. There is also a large organic supermarket nearby as well as supermarkets and an elegant mall, where you can get nearly anything you want. A a weekly organic market is at the chic Kollwitzplatz.
10 minute walk to the very popular "Mauerpark" and to a sports arena where you can go jogging.
TRANSPORTATION
The connections to public transport (bus, tram, underground and suburban trains) are excellent!!
Subway and S-Bahn: U2 brings you straight to Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz and The station: Zoo amongst others. The S-Bahn connects you easily to one of the major airports: Schoenefeld. It is easy to get to Tegel as well. The tram and bus connects you with popular Rosenthaler Platz.
